Trouble redeeming Signature Tailwins?

My tailwins points are stacking up and I've been trying to redeem them for an Amazon card. Unfortunately, I can't get past any of the emailed codes and it loads indefinitely. Tried to get in contact with Signature and they have not returned any calls or emails. Does anyone know a workaround for this?

Yeah both old and new are doing the same thing.

Follow up on this. It was not letting me redeem it because I did not have a company name in my profile. Support answered on the first ring today!
