Trim order

If your Baron is setup correctly, you never touch the aileron trim. It always amazed me when guys would level off and start cranking on the aileron trim, and they would never notice the ball was a full ball width out.
Unless your Baron is bent...
 
I just made this up, but it seems totally legit:

  1. Trim for an airspeed (pitch)
  2. Trim for the power setting (yaw)
  3. Trim for a bent rig (aileron)

Or, I dunno, just never fly anyplace where the air is smooth-enough or you're not maneuvering long enough to notice any lateral mis-trim
