I am actually surprised TMC has grown the way it has, being a pretty "bottom feedy" operation. I cannot believe you have to train on your days off. I also cannot believe that FlOps looks so good by comparison haha.

The line to work at TMC is pretty short these days. They thrived with getting pilots when the industry was down. Now that the majors are hiring attrition is up and hiring is down.

I think it's a good first jet job to cut your teeth and get a jet type out of the deal. Especially for AMF guys who really don't have a multitude of good options to choose from. I don't work at TMC but I could see it being a good move for a turboprop guy.
