Had a guy at PCL with about that much TT.

Rumor has it we even hired a guy with no CMEL. Rumor says he thought his SIC checkride would double as his CMEL ride.

One of my friends just finished indoc at Mesaba and said the same thing about that airline. Apparently one of the guys in his class didn't have a CMEL on his date of hire!

I have been hired by TSA and have a class date coming up. Is anyone interested on writing an intelligent review of the company? I understand their wash out rate is high, is this at all due to poor training, or unprepared new hires? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

At least Cape Air still has standards -- 1000 total time is the absolute floor (even for the FOs).

Congrads to the original poster by the way!!! It must be a really good feeling when you got the call inviting you for a class date -- knowing that someone wants to hire you.

I remember when (about a yeah, maybe two years now) Cape Air wouldn't hire FO's and had ATP mins as the mins. Never say never when the entry-level jobs are being talked about!!
