Training Update from American Eagle

Been awhile since my last post, thought I'd better update y'all on trainin' down in Texas. I am now 5 weeks through my training at American Eagle. I was awarded the SAAB 340 out of LAX. I was disappointed at first because I didn't get the jet, but I love the SAAB so far. Its a fantastic airplane. I just finished my first week in the simulator, and I'll have my checkride next Friday. The instruction is top notch and the instructors are very knowledgable. So far I love working at the company, and I can't wait to see some of you there....I mean besides the fact it will get me off of reserve sooner. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
 
Great news, is it hot enough down there for you?

Been to the training facility once, I like the cafetria (All the new F/A's)

I'm not too far behind you, just awaiting my class date. You'll probably be done before I get down there, the Aug. 30 class filled up before I could get into it, so it'll probably be 9/13 for me.
