training and dressing code

True that. A couple of the 76 instructors at Southernjets are lurkers.

Weird walking into the simulator bay while having someone scream, "Hey! What's up with XXXXXX, is that guy for real or what?" from overhead!
Must have been 777Forever (or whatever Marcus' user name is). LOL

Ian, that's hysterical...didn't realize you didn't know he was an instructor. Have you met Pounder yet, or Klein?:bandit:

Nope - the training department looks empty - haven't seen too many people around at all.

I was just informed pretty much all the guys I knew from the training dept have moved on or are out of training, so I really only know Averyrm here. Go figure. A few months go by and lots of changes...

Yeah sorry Ryan for ignoring you all past week.....I was just running around crazy with Lear IOE and never stopped by your cube to say hey. I'm riding in tonight for another glorious week @ Rick.

At my last job, I taught in a uniform, which was the same uniform that our pilots wore once they actually hit the line.

In ground most guys would wear a pair of slacks and a button down shirt and tie (and by most, I mean they would...because that was the dress code). Once they started in the plane most of them would transition to wearing a uniform with nothing on it. I did that if only to make sure I didn't get oil all over the two good shirts that I own.

At FLX, you'd get laughed at for wearing slacks on anything but the first day (picture, etc). After that, jeans were the norm.

one of the super brazillionaires I fly around wears freaking overalls or dickes pants everytime I fly him. He looks like he just got done tending to the harvest. (which he prolly did) :)

He insist I wear nothing more than cargo shorts and t-shirts when I fly him around. My kinda passenger!!

Plus I likey the $300 handshakes!! ;)
