Traffic watch pilots?

I'm looking for some traffic watch pilots to ask a few questions. Hoping to find someone currently working out of the San Francisco Bay Area. I would like to get into it as a way to build experience and a pay check.

Any info would be great. Thanks.

There is very little of that left, and what is left usually isn't anywhere near full time.

That's what I figured. However, there is a YouTube video of a traffic watch pilot in San Francisco. There is no direct company info but I looked him up on linked and he lists "traffic watch pilot" as occupation from 2012-present.

Idk...ill go airport hopping in the Bay Area today and poke around a bit.

This post is a bit old and not sure if you're still following it, but PM me and I can tell you what I know. I flew back in '05 through '08. Heard it has changed hands since then but there are still some of the same names hanging around the field at HWD.

The company is Airborne Broadcast Services out of KLVK. I flew for them up until May of this year. I can PM you the contact details if your looking to get on with them. Its a good time builder. If I believe the mins were 500TT with a CFI. Something like 800TT without the CFI. The planes are pretty well maintained. C172SPs with a six pack and garmin 430s. 2 morning, an afternoon, and 2 evening shifts. 2.5 hours for each shift. One plane will fly the north bay and the other will fly the south. Pretty much doing a bay tour for 2 hours.
