Actually, forget the pm I will just post the gouge here in case it helps someone else in the future. Here it goes from the best I remember. It is a two step interview process. The first day was with standards officers, one was a Caravan captain and the other was their King Air Captain. When you show up you're going to fill out an application. I brought copies of my medicals and certs to save them a step, however they didnt need them. After the standards officers bring you in the room they should have a copy of your resume but I brought several fresh copies on resume paper, doesn't hurt. They went through typical questions... tell me about yourself etc.. and then they go through your resume. After that they have a two page sheet of technical questions mostly related to IFR procedures (holding, lost comms in imc). Then I briefed an approach into Philadelphia. I recommend hitting the remarks section early or at least at some point because this particular approach had something funny in there. They asked if I had any crew experience, did I take instrument students into IMC, what would I expect my Captain to be like and what type of first officer you would be. After that they bring you on a tour.. very impressive facility. I was called two weeks later for the second interview with the chief pilot. At that point I had the job and he just wanted to meet me. I believe all training is done in house for the Caravan SIC's. Pay was $25k a year and the per diem was pretty high something like $3.14 an hour. The caravans are all in top shape, as they are fairly new. All had radar and garmin avionics. Downsides of the job would be the fact they want you to do 3-4 week rotations in Puerto Rico and that upgrades for a while are limited to single engine airplanes (caravan PIC then Pilatus SIC). They are taking delivery on Citation Bravos but from what I see online they are hiring from outside for those positions (insurance reasons). This is all stuff the best I remember it, however, I would not be surprised if things changed. It would be a great opportunity if you think it is for you though. Good luck to you. Let me know if you have any other questions
