Curious about base locations, commutability, hiring mins. for a FO, etc.

Whoa, didn't mean to rub anyone the wrong way with the other post. Also, didn't say I wouldn't or that the pilot in the video was wrong for having done so.

The two examples wouldn't be the same situations, however.

Hands up don’t shoot, I was crackin a joke. And you’re right, the Cirrus would probably be a nicer plane for those conditions.

I have 2500 hours in the PC-12 flying all over the northeast. I had no icing issues, ever.
