For the kickass flighttracker desktop background copy this...

...into a notepad file and save the notepad file as a .htm.

To change the airport simply edit the "img src" and type in the identifier you want. (right now it's on PHX)

Adjust the height and width values until it fits your desktop. (right now its height=1025;width=1325")


To change the refesh rate adjust the CONTENT="30" part. (30=30sec)

Finally right click on the desktop > properties > background > browse and select the .htm file.

What an amazing flight tracker www.flightaware.com is. It can track any airport and flight. It tells me all the arrivals into my local airport and I can check out each aircraft and how they got here. Simply amazing.
