Everybody should list their top ten most wanted flying jobs in terms of fun. Leave factors out of it like pay, simply list the coolest jobs if pay (i.e. the massive debt you've earned learning to fly) was not a factor.

1. Fire Bombing Pilot

2. Any Africa Freight Flyin'

3. Float Fishing Guide on the Kuskokwim

4. Climbing Rescue (with a pilatus porter in the himalayas)

5. Alaska Airlines (or any job where you take big airplanes on crazy approaches in mountainous terrain)

6. Air Show Pilot

7. Ferry Pilot

8. Any flying in Russia (da, umyeyu govorit')

9. Bahamas Charter Pilot

10. Duster
 
Ten is quite a bit but I can come up with some:

1. F-16

2. Bush (Beaver, Twin Otter, 180, Caravan)
Caravan on floats is the Shiznit fo' sho'

3. WWII Fighters

4. Tropical Bush Pilot (ie: Bahamas)

I started to get into specific a/c, not just the type of flying. Specific type a/c, I can go on forever!
 
Bahamas! Bahamas! Bahamas! Most importantly, you wouldn't have to pay me. . .food and drink and a place to sleep.

How about being a Red Bull pilot?

You'd never have any trouble staying awake during those flights.

  2. Flying for a local air taxi back home

  4. Flying for a freight company home in Alaska

  8. Bush flying
  9. Air tours of Denali in a turbine otter
  10. A job that pays the bills:)
