You'll do great man! My CMEL was supposed to be tomorrow, however the wx decided to be the area bitch and force a resched.

Anything yet? Today I went to PMP and applied for the line. They said they didn't need anyone but would talk to the manager and keep my application on file. Probably ain't going nowhere.
Then I went home and went to a little market near my house I just found out about and they needed a cashier, so I got the job. I requested $8.00 so I better get it.
If the airport people call I'm gone the next day.

No, not yet, I think I'll call back after a week or so, or next lesson, which is Monday. Keep on file means screw you, not to be harsh. At my airport, they said they always need guys to work on the weekends, people come and go. Im really hoping I get the job though, it would be awsome. Stcik with the cashier job though, 8 an hour aint to bad, Ill be happy making 7 were Im at. if I got 8, woohoo!! Stick with it. Ill tell ya how it goes and good luck to you!!!

I'm gonna see if I can work full time and overtime as well. I probably still won't make enough to get my PPL this summer though. I'm really freaking pissed that if I get a car, I won't be able to get it. Considering riding a bike all summer to be able to afford the lessons.

At least your parents can temporarily help you. Mine basically said "you need money; we don't have any". That is literally what they said.lol
So I'm gonna work my @ss off for the summer and in the fall I'll get a job at the university where I'll stay till I get an instructor job next year. That's one of my major goals, become a CFI by next May. All my money is going towards it. Probably not even going on vacation anymore.
