I have noticed this also, it is what it is though...:dunno:Has anyone else noticed that not once, not even in his book, that Capt. Sully has never once given credit to God for the safe landing that day? I find that very refreshing.

Probably just me, but did anyone else notice Jeff's neck when he speaks? Very good special by the way.

I havent seen the special yet but I did notice that in person. Cool guy though. Does anyone know if this is available online anywhere?
It was pretty good. There were a few lines in there that were not needed, such as, "Only Capt. Sully could of made this happen." - from one of the female passengers.
I know Sully and Skiles did accomplish a great feat, but I'm sure there are plenty of skilled enough pilots out there that could of pulled it off as well. I'm not dogging the crew at all, don't get me wrong.
All in all
Where's the credit for the FO? Sully should be pulling for him a little bit more. The poor FO was trying to run 3+ page checklist that is designed to be run from altitude. He was also the flying pilot at the start.
Also, for those of you who read his book, is it a good read? Worth the buy?
I liked it a lot. He doesn't talk too much about 1549 until the last chapter or so, but I think the rest of the book is still pretty interesting since he talks a lot about his career path and how it's affected him+his family.

I think you missed the sarcasm. What the Hell does that have to do with anything? Or did I miss the Sarcasm?
Point being that a lot of people say "Sully didn't land that plane, God did."I find that very refreshing.
