Oh I know the story. I actually happen to be at C5 and currently work with him and see him almost on a weekly basis.

I still cannot believe ANYONE would hire such a scumbag. I mean McDonalds should think twice! As a veteran myself, I would bitchslap him for ever trying to TAKE that honor.
 
We should all take the time to post on Commutairs ALPA website. I simply cannot believe ALPA allowed him back into the union after the disgraceful things he did to ALPA! Not to mention how embarrassing it is as an ALPA member to even be associated with this vile scum.

Shouldn't you be directing your ire at ALPA then? For just the above reasons?
 
I'm sorry, let me edit that - it IS the Commutair ALPA page. I am only bringing the Baseops guys in because they have been extremely active in this case.

ALPA can't do much about him being hired at CommuteAir. I doubt they have any say in the hiring of pilots on to property. They could probably deny him membership into the Union, which may or may not force the company to fire him, depending on what sort of language they have in their CBA. That said, ALPA has a pretty good history of letting guys who have walked all over them back in.
