It really is something... Due to his untimely demise from Eagle, he'll probably end up being a captain quicker through Commutair. Probably be over at FedEx in a couple of years!

No examiner should be issuing him an ATP, because one of the requirements to obtain an ATP is to "be of good morale character".

I don't remember a whole lot from the the ALPA "wine and dine" meeting as a new hire, but I do remember the Tim Martins story.

Just out of boredom I looked up "good moral character" and found:

Kinda interesting... if you apply the 'immigration' list to him, it seems to fall short. Unless you could argue that he jeproized National Security by being a feminine hygene product. Or that he provided 'False Information In Documents' with the whole article/website lying thing. Or if his Fraud caused $10,000 in losses... how much did ALPA lose by not fact checking that article?
