Time-frame for decision

Once the Medical Certification Division receives the necessary info. from my doctor, how long can one normally expect to wait for a decision? They received the necessary info. on 6/25/08. When I called earlier this month, they told me to try back in a couple days to see if a decision was made on my case. I called back and got the same answer... It's been like this for a few weeks now. My case is that I needed to send proof from my doctor that I've been off anti-anxiety medication for over 90 days. Any rough approximations? Thanks.

ok, thank you for that information. I just read the each time a person makes an enquiry to the status of the application, it is taken out of the queue and returns to the "back of the line". Is this true?

No. They make a notation in the computer file but do not punish you by returning it to the "bottom of the pile".
