Time Build in San Diego CA

I'm interested. Are you planning on renting? Own? I primarily fly out of CRQ but live closer to MYF. Commercial Instrument rated with just over 400 hours. Complex, High Performance, Tailwheel endorsed.

Check out Plus One Flyers. They have a real nice Archer 3 available out of CRQ for $119/hr that I was planning to get checked out in. I'm currently checked out in a C182T w/G1000 but it's too pricey for time building at $215/hr. Let me know your plans. I can start hitting it hard after December 18.
