Top two feet of the tail are irrelevant. airflow is irrelevant. Saw off the top of the tail. Resistance is futile.

A ramp. Seriously. That's what we do at one hangar. At the right time it raises the nose and lowers the tail.

Yeah but I doubt they have to do that at the beginning and end of each flight...
