Thoughts on Compass Airlines?

This is the advice I’ve always given people, but I don’t think this is really the case here. Compass will have lost over half its fleet by August 2020 and Envoy is dead set on getting their 175s back in 2021/2022. Unless you plan on being out of there quick with a lateral move (which is kind of what I did) or management really does have an offer they’ve been hiding since August, Compass is a shaky option.

Don’t get me wrong there are plenty of great people there, but with the shape they’re in and some of the morale issues there it would be hard to suggest.

I said no to my first job offer, left my second shop after 30 days, and am pretty happy with where I landed. Regional's are looking for a pulse and not much else so skipping Compass is probably a smart move. Different story with mainline.
 
out of curiosity what caused you to jump ship after 30 days? At least you landed in a place that makes you happy
