I'd hope some Europeans would come to pay their respects as well, seems like a lot of people from here are buried over there.

From what I hear, they essentially have an "adopt a site" in that part of the country. It's a VERY big deal in the region, and they consider it huge privilege to provide eternal care. It is handed down within families and the waiting list to volunteer is very long.
