So with FRED banished to Texas now you can actually get a decent night's sleep in Altus. No more 0200 engine runs that seemd like they were right outside the billeting room doors. Wow.

At least you've got a place to climb to, the performance to do so, and the ability to rapidly dump the load! No swaying longlines, hovering autos, tree-lined LZs, and that kind of BS to contend with.....though there's certainly enough on your end to keep you on the edge of your seat I certainly agree.

Last of our Brazil Extractions. The 12th P-3 finally departed. If we go into C-130s may be back again. Yeah, I flew our KA200 down that morning and flew the P-3 back the next day.
