That is the driving force behind today's dispatching goodness. At least the wheels aren't falling off the wagon east of the Mississippi today.

Before the redesign at the Delta OCC, when they still had the consoles, there was a very senior domestic dispatcher who brought his own microwave in and kept it under the desk.

All he needed was the john and he was all set.
