Nah, it was a conventional swept wing. F-102/106 were Delta wings.

If you want to jump in, the "winglet" post over on the general section is what lead to the posting of that video. We are talking Aileron Fences and Wing Fences, Aerodynamic fixes.

Seems they put Wing Fences on swept wings to keep that sort of stuff to happen.
