Under the phenomena of things that make you go "hmmmmm":
Used the term "heavily subsidized" in regards to Emirates multiple times yet in their 1000 page document to the government there was no actual proof of any direct subsidies to Emirates. This while multiple government owned airlines in China are driving down yields with ridiculously low round trip airfares to/from the USA.
But, we wouldn't want silly little things like facts to get in the way of good ole jingoistic propaganda.
