"The Mechanic" movie: Continental 747 with meatball paint

Just watched "The Mechanic" last night. There is a night time airport scene, supposedly in Chicago, where they show some Continental airplanes, including a 747, painted in the old "meatball" red and gold scheme.
This movie was set in 2010; that paint scheme is 1970's and 80's...thought it was a funny goof.

Hangover II, a whale turned into some twin (767? Couldn't really tell) when landing. Those look more than a little bit different.

It was a Northrup F-5E Tiger II (I rewatched Top Gun just last weekend).

Let's turn this into a "Favorite Airline Livery - Past or Present" thread. Loved the old CAL "Proud bird with the brass ass" livery. That wasn't one of my favorites, but I liked it.

I saw an AA 737 a few months ago in the original livery. It looked pretty sharp.
