That's specular... Sadly the company can almost certainty 'prove' a job action. By tracking fatigue and sick calls two years ago, compared to today when they've run the pilot group ragged, they can make the data support their argument. He's right in that a judge will believe literally anything our company says in court even if it's a provable lie. Even if the POS purgers himself on the stand. And even if he doesn't believe a word from them, he'll rule against us anyways. It's already happened exactly like that many times.

Sorry. I was drinking and when I read your comment about the assessment I just assumed it was the conspiracy theory I hear at work where some idiots think the union is dragging this out so they can keep getting our assessment.
