As I understand it, usually someone who says that is flying by a book more along the lines of "Fate is the Hunter" than "XYZ Airlines OpSpec".

Lol yeah that's one of the worst, after you told then we have to leave by 8 the latest for duty times. Then they find some way to blame it on the pilots.
