I'm actually considering LAS, just for the convenience. They are expensive as hell, though. Depending on what the rental car prices are looking like, if I'm not getting a significant discount by picking one up at LAS, I'll probably fly into Henderson.

If you want to borrow a 240,000-mile '99 Toyota 4Runner for a couple of days, I'm happy to meet you at Exec, hehe.

Whatever you do don't loan it to @MikeD . His trucks seem to go for long rides to parts unknown in the desert and don't come back....

I called to book, but the Hot Tub Suite was booked already by someone named @DPApilot

Dude....Hot Tubs and NJC seem to provide bad mojo......

Circa '04 - our fearless leader and several others got soaked, fully clothed and we almost lost a member over the railings at the MGM.....

Circa '13 It's the one where @DPApilot brought some Swedish Girls from the Valley, there were two uninvited guests who were 'using' the hottub with no water and didn't seem to mind when people entered...

And there's always the issue with Jake and water.....

Cars won't be any cheaper at LAS. Goto HND not VGT if you are looking for cheaper.

I tried using uber in March but the app said they didn't t operate in Nevada due to a court injunction.

Just checked up on it. the Nevada legislature passed bills allowing ride sharing at the end of May and I'm guessing as of July 1st uber could be back in business but I haven't checked to see if it's running yet
