the pics are awesome!

I've always wanted to goto some really isolated islands like the galapagos. Whenever I'm on google earth I always find myself reading about the lonely little islands in the south pacific.

I'm jealous. What flights did you take to get there?

If everything goes as planned, I never plan on taking a vacation within the continental united states if I don't have to. In 2007 I visited Costa Rica and Ecuador, and I absolutely fell in love...It's an experience like no other...It cost A LOT more, especially the Galapagos, but it's worth the price and then some...

This trip to the Galapagos was 13 days on a large yacht, cruising the different islands...Aside from the terrain being absolutely fantastic and eveb martianesque, each island has something completely unique to offer. I would recommend a visit to the Galapagos to anyone I know...

What I found most amazing about it is how untouched it is...Each island has trails, maybe 4-5 feet wide that you must follow...A couple feet off the trail in either direction, and you have soil which man may not have had a foot set on it in decades...No where on earth can you find that....

Anyways, it's 3 am and i've been at kinkos for the past 4 hours doing my CFI binder and I need to go to bed, so before I start sleeep writing, I shall go and finish this tomorrow hehe...

Awesome pics....any info you can share on the boat you were on and any other info you have on your route of travel. We're seriously considering a trip to the Galapagos soon.
