The future of GA?

it's the only affordable way to own your own airplane. And I still can't afford it :p

Well i got a friend that's got a decent chance of becoming really rich, and she said if she can afford a privat jet, i'll be the first she'll call! How bout them apples!

Wow Bigey, you're the most recent post for virtually every post on the general forum. Calm down, relax and do some homework.

BTW, don't forget, I know what private jets look like, I've been to airports with private jets, and I can work the radios. I can be a huge asset to your friend (btw, don't forget to tell her it's standard to pay for the pilot's complete training) :nana2:

PS, while you're at it, tell her to make her own insurance company and have a devious lawyer put a clause into that contract that all pilots who have a jetcareers account will be insured!

Too bad they won't insure you at any cost.

I know of all the ones you'd expect. I'm looking for a monoplane because they score better in competition, so that leaves the Pitts and Eagle out. Pitts look like footballs on the up and down lines, and generally score worse than monoplanes.

I think I'll call a couple guys I met this summer. They had some good looking birds they built themselves that I've never heard of. And they're they're their plane's A&P to boot!

If it's that close that a monoplane vs biplane is going to make a difference, couldn't you look at the rankings and see who's competetive in a kit built?

there's a used (91) extra 300 on aerotrader for 130k :p

Brian had to be replaced sooner or later! :p

But seeing how my posts-per-day is three times greater than his (and over four years, that's saying somethin'!), I'll cut the kid some slack.

Hrmm...what's with all the hostility?

And just to let you know, i havent used the :rawk: too often, but if i chose to do so, you shouldnt be criticizing me for it.

Bigey....this is the voice in your head speaking......stop procrastinating....put down the computer and focus on your homework...you must get sleep...high school is vital for your success :(

Actually, high school kind of sucks in terms of knowledge gained. And you can do what you want, I just have to do some work and I'm procrastinating so I'm telling you what I should be telling my self.

Haha i never sleep. Actually, i dont like to sleep, which is weird.

I love being up late at night, and being up real early in the morning. I tell ya, im designed to be a pilot - long shifts/no sleep! I actually only have about 1 1/2 more hours of work. 2 hours max if i keep procrastinating some more!

Kinda like me, but I looove the early mornings, can deal with nights, and can go without sleep for days, but start to long for it after half-a-week. If it wern't for my contacts, I'd love day, night, and sleepless weeks.

Glad to see I'm not the only one! I just can't get any motivation to study for this psychology exam in the morning. Does a pilot need to know much about "altered states of consciousness?" The only usefull tidbit of knowledge I've gained is that most deep sleep occurs in the first half of the night. So I'd like to think you could wake up after 4 hours of sleep and feel good, but that's not the case because nothing can make sense when it comes to psychology.... I'll cut it off here before it becomes anymore boring.:o

Might I add that football game sure ain't helping the studying either...

here, have a crack at the accounting final for my MBA class I've been working on for 2 days.

I have my Business Law final in 9 hours and 10 minutes, and I couldn't care less. I keep extending the time that I'm going to start studying. Ok for real now, 10 minutes. I always have trouble studying if it's not in the middle of the night.

I have pulled about 7 all nighters this semester so far. Oh, how I love college...

Woohoo!!

1 timed 60 minute essay
1 Alg. 2 assignment
1 History assignment

Then im done!

Only about 2 hours worth of hw now...dont you hate it when you find out you have more stuff to do?

Anyways, i love the late nighters, listening to some music or some ATC.:nana2:
