From where I use to live I had a nice few over KSFO from a 15 min walk up this mountain close by. However, from my balcony I use to be able to see aircraft departing from 28R/28L.... I used that website flight tracker to see which way the aircraft were heading and I would follow them until they flew out of the radar space.... And yes, I really miss seeing those 747's and 777's departing as gracefully as they did so.........

From what you could tell was there a significant delay over the internet? Like what I mean is that the Aircraft takes off and then on the radar thing it says it still on the ground, does it do that?
