The Chinese are great at copying things. They still build a version of the Mig17 and the Mig21 I belive. They were also in hot water with GM for making a carbon copy of a Chevy a few years back. It totally looks like a short re-engined DC9.

This is not the same thing, Embraer sells the planes made in China, they are only for the Chinese market.

Btw Embraer is planning on building the 190 over there too.
