There's still a few months left in this year.
Well technically speaking, if he were to be 40 next year he would be have to be 39 right now. There are a couple months still left this year, but this time next year he will still be 39, not 40

Doug, I don't think he minds you pulled a Kanye on him. I wouldn't want to be reminded if I just turned 40. I am not looking forward to that number.
