It takes a lots of Poo to fuel the Aéroplane.
It takes the poo of 10,000 human (average bowel Mvt) excreted in one year to make enough fuel for a transatlantic flight by a A321 size aircraft.

Some quick math says that takes less then 1/8th of a second if you use the global population of 8b and one poo per day.

So 8-10 A3210’s fueled per second.

I actually witnessed that 767 on my way to Del Taco for lunch at KVNY. I think I posted about it here the day it happened. When I saw it it was probably somewhere between Santa Paula and Simi Valley at 10,000'(?) and it was a bright sunshiny day which only made their fuel dump more spectacular. At first I was confused, then I went through some mental machinations and made some quick assumptions, it took me a minute or two but what my dumb head head pushed forward was an airliner out of LAX with an emergency dumping fuel to return to land, and then I ordered a burrito.

As far as crappy goes I think this has been approved, I'd much rather burn sewage for power but instead of desalination plants this is what they want to do. I'm in the process of extricating myself from this nonsense so likely it won't effect me. I have a love/hate relationship with SoCal but this is the sort of errant nonsense up with which I can not put...

Yeah, ideally you burn it. And to your point, it pretty much just vaporizes anyway at the altitudes we're normally dumping at.
