I had a great time at parties and meet fellow JCers face to face. :D
 
I'll second that. This was a first class event that took a whole lot of work. Thanks for doing this for the industry.

Ditto! I had a great time as well, except for last night when I wasn't watching where I was walking and put one foot in the water in the villa :laff:. At least I wasn't the first one, or at least that's what I was told.

Also, my back is still sore from standing in line for 3 hours waiting to talk to the rep from Delta.

Other than that, it was a well planned event and was nice to meet some new people. Thank you Doug and Kristie!
 
Is was pretty much a day trip for me and I'll say it was worth every cent I paid. Thanks a ton guys! Great meeting a lot of you all.
 
Agreed I had a great time and I will be back again. Heck I even signed up for an account here because of the Aviation Career Expo.

Yes thanks for this. Built some great contacts and have a good backing to get into AE now. Finally feel good about progressing in this industry.
 
I am home.

I feel like an impact crater... but in a good, totally cool way. :rawk:

I now have many of my non-aviation friends convinced that I am in fact some sort of party demi-god largely due to carefully taken photographs this year.

Simply amazing. A more detailed write-up to follow.

that was the WHOLE point....

We expected people to walk away with a sense of hope, positivity and tons of connections to help you move forward.

Nobody else offers that value added ending.

And this event delivered that in spades!

Just meeting everybody and seeing what can be accomplished is the biggest motivator.

For a extremely low time guy, actually having a meaningful conversation with the Asst CP at Kalitta was a great opportunity to get some insight on what they are looking for. Making contact with the guys from Great Lakes at NJC was great also and I will definitely be following up with them.

I would have paid double for this experience and hopefully next year be in a position to hand out a couple of resumes.

To anybody on the fence about coming for 2011, I was for 2010 and did not regret one minute!
