Yes the NTSB exists to find the probable cause of accidents, which they did here.



The ball was rolling long before this accident to ban cell phones in the cockpit, which isn't a bad idea.

Blasphemy! Cell phones serve an important role in modern aeronautical decision making!*

*I have never used any PED's in flight, nor would I use any PED's in flight as that would be a violation of a multitude of federal regulations.

A couple of trains have crashed while the operator was texting, too.

It's the underlying attitude (I'm too good, can't happen to me, there's some fudge factor built in, etc.) that they need to get ahead of, not the fact that people fail to realize they cannot defy gravity without fuel.
