Resistance training (surfing, weight lifting, and other non-aerobic exercises, etc.) is an especially good natural way to increase your testosterone levels, as is exercise in general. Much better than resorting to drugs. There's a lot of info on this on the Net. The benefits are very real, but you'll have to get me drunk to hear the details!
I had the same problem a few yrs back and the doc gave me androgel patch 1% and used it for a while, I reported the patch and it seems like nobody cared and never heard anything from anyone.:welcome2:
