Ten Year History Employment/Address

I am applying for a Ramp Agent job and have come to the part about my Ten Year History of Employment. I can't remember all the dates, address, or some other detail about jobs I held past about 5 years ago. How much do companies care about this missing information? Is there anyway for me to get my complete employment history?

put down what you can remember, if something comes up missing, they'll ask you for it. ive done about 3 of these back ground checks and have been pretty lazy about them, and have never had a problem.

Ive started a word file that lists all that stuff, from college to now, it took me a couple of days to track everything...makes you look back and wonder where the time went when doing a 10yr history.

It should be on all the FAQs about working in the aviation industry, keep a 10 yr history. Even if your years away from a job.

I started doing this after the second application I had to do this. If you stick with aviation, this definitely won't be the last time you do it. I went back through my old tax records to get a lot of the stuff.

Also a recommendation for your resume. Go back now and detail all jobs/projects you have had. Keep it update. You can always cut out stuff when you go for a new job. Some places like to do a detailed resume once hired (consulting) and its good to have.
