Well, I'm in ground school right now for the Saab and it is /a equipped but its turbine. Also, the pay is going to be going up considerably with the mesaba contract and we've already been told that is what we're getting if they don't come up with a better one in negotiations.
 
It definitely depends on which you feel will be a better choice for you and what your ultimate goals are. The turbine time will be pretty valuable..

That's weird that they waited so long to call you back..
 
Email from Chuck yesterday. They plan to send out 70 job offers between yesterday and the end of the year.

Have you heard if they have been getting ahold of anyone from ACE? I was curious, but hadn't heard anything from them.

A friend of mine who I used to CFI with is interviewing on the 17th. Would it be worth anything to send Chuck an email now recommending him or is that only useful to get the interview.

Yes it would be useful. It wont get him a job but Chuck will likely put it in a folder and bring it with him. If he is on the fence it could give him the nod to get hired.
 
I got the call for an interview on the 17th and 18th. Anybody able to update on their most recent interview experience with Colgan? Also, will commuting from Ohio be bearable and possible?
 
CLE would not be a bid deal and we typically fly the CMH-EWR stuff so overall you could one leg it without terrible difficulty.
 
Yea, Chuck said that ill be interviewing for the Q and if I get hired to expect to get a class as soon as December.
