Weird. Southwest seemed rather arrogant about themselves the one time I interviewed with them...I didn't get the job but I didn't really mind either.

What's horrible about it? Sounds like an interesting opportunity. And as an outside contractor you can probably demand a larger salary.

Like manniax, I too interviewed with SW, and had the same experience. They were rather cocky about themselves. "Tell us why Southwest is the best airline to work for." It was for a summer internship that didn't end up working because start/end dates.

Southwest is basically a cult so you will need to have or adopt a cult mentality to work there
