Just got back from another trip to Geneva..

Here are a few from Bern Switzerland, LSZB. Bern has a interesting visual approach off the localizer and we made it in before the snow from the high peaks came in. I also posted a few from the hotel in downtown, it was a real cool city.

Here are a few of the sunset en route from Bern to Farnborough. I also included some shots from downtown Geneva.

It's just awesome seeing Rausda27 flying around the world. :) I still recall when he was a student!

Rasuda, welcome to this side of the world! Hope you are enjoying it. Let me know if you ever make it to Moscow.

I have been enjoying it tremendously. I ran into one of the pilots I trained in Farnborough, which was surreal. He was also flying a Lear 45 for a company based in the UK.

It took a while to get used to the French controllers, but that must be the Englishman in me. :D

Looking at the photos I guess the no minaret law has gone in place. :D

Actually Bern has a big mosque with minarets, so does Geneva (which is the least Swiss off all our cities).

There are 4 of them in Switzerland, and pretty much every city has a mosque, the entire world is making a big deal about this.

The only reason this law came in place is because few years ago the Muslim community made a big deal about the fact that we have a cross in every public space, and they made remove them, lots of peoples where not too happy so this is the result.

The peoples that wanted the minarets are pretty much all refugees form the Balkan war, our country (most other european did not!) gave them the right enter and get a job, after the war was over we sent troops to their country for security and we built them new houses. Now after this law, we are considered racist......crazy eh!

More muslim "professional victims" stuff.

Definitely crazy.
