Anybody work there or know someone who does? I see their 737s around flying charter flights quite a bit but can only find limited info on them online, including on this forum. No pay or schedule info at all.

Swift is a last resort type option. Not a lot of glamour in moving sports teams around. Swift is one of those places where there isn't any real pay raise or scale, pretty much end making what you started at.
Not just sports teams, daily flights to Cuba, deportation flights for ICE, charters in Europe, musical groups on tour, politicians on campaign.
