SWA can't find me in CASS.

I don't know, but I did have a couple trips with them where I got the CABIN ONLY pass because of an incorrect base. Got it corrected and no further problems.
I've ridden a few times up front with being "based" in MDW. Apparently that's the only airport in Chicago.

Where do they get base info from? I've thrown out future bases while in training...

Last time I jumped on them they were able to get my "base" to say SGU. Just seems odd they can put SGU in and not ORD.

Again, there is no base listed in CASS. Southwest has a contract item (I think?) that gives super priority to guys commuting to their domicile, hence the base question. It ONLY applies to SWA pilots, but the box is there to be filled in, even if you are an offline pilot. It means nothing and isn't check against anything unless a) you are a SWA pilot and b) the flight is going to your domicile.

@ZapBrannigan, can you confirm that?
