Summer College Crew - Flight Ops Recruitment

Location: Forest Hills, New York
Description:
JetBlue is pleased to announce its Paid College Crew Program for summer 2004. We are currently seeking undergraduate and graduate students interested in an educational and rewarding experience in the airline industry. Most of our college crew positions are located in our Forest Hills Support Center, located in Queens, NY, JFK International Airport as well as Darien, CT where our Finance office is located. We may also offer internships in our other Blue Cities such as Long Beach, CA., Salt Lake City, Utah and Miami, Florida. All college crew interns will attend an Orientation designed to enhance their JetBlue experience by providing the opportunity to meet our leaders, interact with other interns as well as JetBlue crewmembers, and learn about the everyday operation at JetBlue.
Minimum Qualification:
Background in Aviation or Aviation Management
Experience with Human Resource or related studies preferred
Eager to learn about all aspects of corporate recruitment
Willing to travel in order to accompany recruitment team to job fairs and industry-related events
Willing to relocate to the New York City metropolitan area for the summer
Must pass 10 year background and drug test
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Skills/Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
Must be enrolled in an accredited College/ University and in be in good standing.
