Don't get caught up in a hurry. If you were over 50 and only had 10-15 years left, that's one thing, but my advice now is play the Long Game and reduce your debt while letting others pay you to gain time as CFI. Networking here and at your FBO is better option.
I suggest develop some skill to help make side money to tide you over the rough financial times and expedite your exit from debt.

Right now your target goal should be 200 Dual Given.

For a majority of the better places that will salary a CFI they prefer you have at a minimum a CFII as well and 200 dual given. It doesn't seem like much but I will tell you from experience you will most likely learn more in that 200 hours than you ever learned during your own training!
