Talking about ignorance and staying in GFK, hehe who here is stuck in gfks, no this is not directed to a fellow member, hehe. I'm talking about spring break. Oh man I was so close to getting out of here but I realized I could save the money, get some flying done, order pizza (blow my savings there), sleep, be ignorant, :sarcasm: , and the best I can do is go to Winnipeg, Minneapolis, or Chicago. Well what are your spring break plans people? Just curious, I guess I can use a trip to Minneapolis pretty soon!
 
isnt the purpose of spring break (especially in ND) to get out of the cold. So i wouldnt recommend Chi-town or Minni. but if you had to choose, i would think there is more to do in chicago
 
i'm taking two trips in the 414 and going to try to squeeze in a day of skiing when i pick up the owner in gunnison.
 
Hey Tugrul... we should go to Winnipeg. I'm probably gonna go to Winnipeg for a day or two...take a mini vacation. Maybe we can get a couple other people to come along.

I was gonna drive back home (2,100 mile trip) but I could really use the break to catch up on flying and finish my Stage Check.

Hehe yeah flying does that to you, ok.. so how about we go to Winni, I need to use my passport a bit :P and on top of that I definitley will go to MSP to go buy ton of records and perhaps go see gigs.

Hey the bright side, less people, less whining! Hehe, *whines* I just hope the weather is good so it's worth the stay and I get flights done.

I need to go to Chicago and make that another home too
 
stay here, move to my new apartment, try to get one more flight in, one more briefing, then be ready to rock after spring break and get on my stage checks ASAP, oh yeah, maybe study a little for that written i have to take

Good to take a break isn't it? Hey lets hope the weather stays warm so moving is not a hastle.

I'm gonna be here in the grandest of forks trying to get ahead with my flying, take my CFI written, and maybe catch some hockey.

82...sounds pretty nice wherever you are. Surprisingly, we had some really rare warm weather today. I saw it max out at 69 at 4pm! I couldn't believe it...this is winter in New Hampshire...right? But I'm sure in a few days we'll be back to sharing weather with Grand Forks with highs in the 20's and snowy..argh...

Yeah, this weather ****ing sucks! It's suppose to be sunny again tomorrow... hopefully.
 
it was gorgeous this afternoon, this morning sucked though as i was moving some stuff to my new place
