judging from the shakeycam, that might be the first time I've ever seen real turbulence on an airliner.
 
also, notice the agressive aileron movement

I didn't really see much in the way of aggressive aileron movement. I pretty certain that at slow speeds those control surfaces move a lot more. It also seemed like they were driving about halfway to their destination before they decided to actually take off.
 
That spoiler that is up (cross-wind correction), is extra drag on the wing, should this be applied maybe later just before rotation?
