He still can if he isn't a whimp. It only takes less than an hour in the Dr.'s office. It also was a lot safer than having my DW have a major operation...

I had more pain getting a dental crown than this...

There was a story around my last work of the owner trading getting the aforementioned procedure done by a retired 79 year old doctor, in exchange for avgas for said doctor's Bonanza.

actually there are a few safer ways now for women besides tubal surgery...now it can be an non-invasive 1/2 hour, at the ob/gyn, outpatient service but tis quite pricey ($1500-2000). probably still less pricey than surgery however.
