Starting ATP March!

Its seems a little too personal to me. He was trying to play gotcha and make it sound if I was lying. And if anyone had a bad experience he is going to call them a lying also. If you put two and two together...
 
Looking at it from the outside( I have never gone to ATP) there seems to be more to your story then you are telling us. I think Rob was trying to fill the holes.
 
Well you know what they say and it was proven here... If you ASSUME something you have...
And holes have been filled in. Thats why I am at a loss also. The only explanation ever offered from an out of the blue phone call from JK were the words; "for any reason at any time"
I am stumped more than anyone out there!!

Dude... For one, I am not a recruiter. Do they even have recruiters? You can click on my blog down below and see what Im all about. I too had a bad experience with ATP at one point, and it was rectified by management. Its not that I dont believe you, I just believe there is more to it. I cant see ATP setting up travel for you to CFI school, telling you a class date, and all of that and then Jim K calling up out of the blue for no reason and saying "nope, your not going."

The fact that you did not have your CMEL before CFI school leads me to believe that maybe someone made a mistake and told you to go to Vegas, and then when Jim K found out that they where sending someone without their CMEL, to cancel. Why they wouldnt let you go to CFI school later is strange. I know a guy who did the exact thing out of Riverside, he was sent to CFI school with no CMEL and told to do it in Vegas. He busted the ride and it became a big mess since his CFI ride then had to be pushed.

As for ATP putting things into a file. I would believe it. Hell I believe Colgan reads these boards and that I am "blacklisted" from working for them after I posted my feelings about a few things.

And if your @ the Riverside location, Ill be around on Saturday for "the meet" if you want to meet so that I can prove that Im not an ATP spy!!

OK here it is.
Why would Jim kick you out for no reason? Why you? How does Jim know about you (he is in JAX and you are some where out west)?
You see kicking you out is bad for business.

Now do you see why there are hole that need to be filled.
 
Not at the RIV location. Hopefully a responce that I requested is sent back in a timely manner from management.
 
Let me start by being open; I am an employee of ATP. Now that that's out in the open, I also know another side to your story. Why don't you be forthright here and tell us everything?

I attended the PPL 60 day and only have my CFI-I left this Friday (Self-paced), I attended in PHX. I'm not planning on working for ATP but found Marty nothing but helpful - the one dealing I had with Jim he was also able to help me out with a scheduling issue. If this was the worst customer service you have ever seen you've had a blessed life so far.

The only negative things that I can think of about my experience with ATP all happened while I was in JAX. Just an observation on my part. Be careful of everyone over there, keep an extremely low profile, do what your told, and don't deviate from the plan. Don't make eye contact with Rich Tillery.

Honestly, is it that bad for you guys here? We don't try for that. And, Rich, he's the nicest guy there. He's serious about the job, for sure, but ultimately we're tough because we need to know that every night you guys go home safe. It's not a country club, just take it seriously and you'll do fine.

The guy gets off on being a jerk. It has nothing to do with safety. At least JA gives a ride focused on learning and critiquing mistakes.

And yes, I've heard all the bad excuses given on Rich's behalf on why he acts that way...
