Starting ACPP at ATP in Manassas on April 3

Just curious if anyone else out there will be doing the ACPP program during the same time frame at ATP in Manassas, VA
 
Damn I wish. I grew up in Manassas. Havent been back in a few years. Do the offer this all the time there?

Yes, as far as I know, Manassas, VA is one of ATP's normal 90 day ACPP locations.
 
Sweet. I might look into soon that since I would have free places to stay not to mention I am tired of the tumble weed / dirt type of environment I see daily. You have a link to any of that info. I would greatly appreciate it.
 
I'm not going to be doing ATP's ACPP, but I'll be flying around Manassas in my clubs's Piper Warrior.
 
I will hopefully be starting at HEF in April also... I just had my interview today and I am waiting to hear if I have been admitted! What kind of questions are asked by the director of operations on the last phone interview?

Question #1: "Do you have a whole lotta money?"

Question #2: "Like, I mean, a WHOLE LOT?"

Question #3: "And you qualified for financing right?"

Question #4: "What do flaps do?"

Question #5: "What is a stall?"

Question #6: "Weather minimums in Class D?"

"Welcome aboard"

Seriously, don't sweat it too hard, it's easy private pilot questions you have seen before. Probably right off the private written.

When you get there.. Ask the instructor Eric Silski, if you can "cut some toliet paper.."
 
I don't remember any money questions on my phone call.. He didn't ask me if I was breathing either ( I believe he confirmed that while speaking to me.)

It's mainly your private pilot written type stuff..

What is Vx? What is Vy? What are the differences? Alot of that sort of thing..

The money questions come later.. :)
